CoWorx has partnered with a Financial Services Company to hire Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in the Cary, NC area. The role handles inbound inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence, reporting to the Cary office for two days of training.

In this 1st shift position, pay is $17.00 per hour. You will work remotely but report to the Cary, NC office for training and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Clear speaking voice and telephone system proficiency

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound shareholder inquiries by phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Provides accurate information using internal systems and communicates clearly to customers.
• Escalates complex issues to Team Leader or ATL as appropriate.
• Maintains courteous, responsive service to uphold company image.
