Job summary

Valatam is seeking a high-performing Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. This 100% remote, full-time position is open to candidates located anywhere in Latin America.

You will be the primary contact for routine customer inquiries across channels and help build a career in bilingual support. Responsibilities include multichannel support, account updates, troubleshooting, escalation to seniors, CRM data entry, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office with stable internet and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multichannel customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Account updates, general inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify and escalate complex/high-priority requests to senior team members.
• Track communications and send routine reminders for follow-ups.
• Accurate CRM data entry and updating customer profiles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
• Provide general administrative support to the department.
