Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist English- and Spanish-speaking policyholders and agents. This remote role involves answering questions about insurance policies, processing requests, and resolving concerns with accuracy and professionalism.

You will support daily operations, maintain records, and contribute to a positive customer experience through clear communication and attentive service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish to assist policyholders and agents clearly.
• Experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries from policyholders and agents in English and Spanish.
• Address questions and resolve concerns with accurate information and professional service.
• Process policy updates and requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain knowledge of Globe Life products, procedures, and guidelines; participate in ongoing training.
• Support document processing and record-keeping activities.
• Assist with preparing and sending customer communications.
• Monitor interactions for trends or potential issues and assist with investigations as needed.
• Complete assigned projects and department tasks within deadlines.
