American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents for the Training Services Team. You will answer calls and emails from learners and instructors, resolve issues, and maintain account records.

This remote role is nationwide in the United States with shifts in the Eastern Time zone. Requirements include bilingual English and Spanish, 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred, and High School diploma.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries from learners, instructors, and organizations; provide resolution and update account records.
• Triage and resolve inquiries; maintain production standards for calls and emails; guide volunteers when needed.
• Work with a remote team to ensure timely follow-through to resolution and quality service.
