Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Handles 50–70 calls daily with uninterrupted time during shifts.
• Experience navigating Windows PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve on the first call regarding benefits, eligibility and claims.
• Educate customers about plan options, benefits, and choices.
• Contact care providers to assist with appointment scheduling.
• Help customers navigate myuhc.com and other UnitedHealth Group sites.
