Qualifications

• Bilingual in French (spoken and written) required.
• Minimum two years total work experience; 1+ years in customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required (associate/bachelor preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Serve as main contact for domestic and international customers.
• Handle order entry and management; respond to inquiries by phone and email.
• Promote self-service tools (KCIC, SharePoint, EDI).
• Manage orders, claims, price inquiries, quotes; resolve issues.
• Drive process improvements and service enhancements.
