Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in French, written and spoken, is required.
• Minimum of two years total work experience; 1+ years in Customer Service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to domestic and international customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for domestic, international, wholesale, retail, and ecommerce customers.
• Lead order entry/management with basic product and application knowledge.
• Understand order fulfillment and distribution network principles.
• Promote self-service tools (KCIC, SharePoint, EDI) for customer inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email, including pricing, quotes, and returns.
• Drive process improvements, cost reductions, and service initiatives as directed.
• Manage customer orders and claims, including changes and cancellations.
