Job summary

Kohler is hiring a remote Associate Customer Service Representative (ACSR) to support Kohler and Sterling plumbing products. You will diagnose product issues, guide installations, and assist with orders from a home-based setup.

Expect strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy to delight customers while maintaining accuracy and timely responses. Training class starts soon; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 2–4-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience desired.
• Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
• Must have wired internet with minimum 10 Mbps and a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone and diagnose product issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and advise installation/repair steps.
• Guide customers through order placement and warranty information.
• Track orders, provide availability and shipping details.
