Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) to support the Health Texas project with customer care and benefit enrollment via phone, IVR, and web portals. Training is paid and completes with a $1/hour pay increase.

This full-time, hybrid/remote role starts onsite and may transition to remote work within Texas. Qualified candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, with 0–6 months of relevant experience, and reside within 70 miles of Waco, TX.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to type efficiently
• Strong customer service orientation
• Able to work 8:00am–6:30pm CST within shifts

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, IVR, web chat or other channels.
• Provide accurate information about programs and services to enrollees and providers.
• Document and track all interactions in relevant systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff when needed.
• Coordinate translation or interpretation for non-English customers.
