Job summary

Bishop & Company is hiring a remote Contact Center Representative to support a Maui wildfires claims admin project. This role requires bilingual Hawaiian and English, strong customer service, and comfort with learning new software in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Schedule is full-time for about 2–3 months, potentially transitioning to part-time. Hours typically 8:30/9:00 AM–5:00 PM HST. Hawaii residents only. VPN access, confidential data handling, and proprietary systems will be used.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Hawaiian and English required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for claimants, law firms, and stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
• Enter and update claimant information in a secure client portal.
• Follow scripts, procedures, and workflows to handle inquiries.
• Assist claimants with account updates, documentation, and payment selections.
• Document interactions accurately and thoroughly and meet productivity and accuracy standards.
