Job summary

Inizio Engage, in partnership with a leading Biotechnology company, seeks a patient education specialist to provide inbound and outbound disease-state education to identified patients. You will ensure HIPAA privacy, use approved materials, and deliver high-quality support in a remote or on-site setting.

You will enter demographic data into the CRM, complete trainings, and participate in program meetings to ensure accurate documentation and exceptional service. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Current U.S. Healthcare professional license (RN, RT).
• Fluent in Spanish/English.
• Associate degree/Bachelor’s/BSN or equivalent work-related experience.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working in respiratory disease state or related field.
• Must be highly motivated and able to update professional knowledge regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound or outbound non-promotional disease state education and/or support to identified customers as directed by the client company.
• Provide therapy education and support.
• Enter demographic data into the CRM for enrollment and documentation.
• Maintain excellent quality and provide superior customer service following program call guides and FAQs.
• Attend and complete trainings and competency assessments within required timeframes.
• Complete administrative responsibilities and time reporting by deadlines.
