Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator in the United States. The RN will provide remote disease-state and product education across a national scope, delivering English- and Spanish-language training to patients and care partners.

The role requires travel and collaboration with the client, plus development of TA education resources. Fluency in English and Spanish, RN license, and 3+ years in clinical or pharma settings are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Current US RN license required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Ability to travel in the US, including overnight travel.
• Remote work experience with patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote education and training to patients and care partners for a product in the respiratory therapeutic area.
• Educate English- and Spanish-speaking patients in a culturally appropriate manner.
• Develop and share educational resources and materials.
• Maintain quality service and adhere to program talking points.
• Attend training courses and competency assessments.
• Build strong relationships with key customers.
