Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a healthcare educator representative to deliver inbound and outbound education to identified patients, focusing on disease states and therapy education. You will document demographics in the CRM, follow approved materials, and maintain HIPAA privacy standards while providing superior customer service.

Training and meetings are part of the role. The base pay range is listed as $23.80–$44.20 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Current U.S. Healthcare professional license (RN, RT).
• Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, BSN or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound or outbound disease state related education and/or support to identified customers.
• Provide therapy education and support.
• Enter demographic data into the CRM for enrollment and documentation.
• Adhere to program call guides, FAQs, and approved materials.
• Attend trainings and complete competency assessments.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and security compliance in all activities.
• Attend program meetings and deadlines, and perform other duties as required.
