Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking candidates to provide telephonic educational support to identified patients in a disease-state area. You will deliver therapy education, collect demographic data in the CRM, and uphold program guidelines while ensuring privacy and high-quality service.

Training will be provided, and you’ll join a collaborative team with opportunities for growth. The role requires healthcare licensure in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current U.S. healthcare professional license (RN, RT).
• 2+ years in respiratory disease state or related field preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation with ability to maintain HIPAA privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound or outbound non-promotional disease state education and support to identified customers.
• Deliver therapy education and support to patients and caregivers.
• Enter demographic data into the designated CRM system for enrollment and documentation.
