Job summary

Inizio Engage has a long-standing partnership with a leading Biotechnology company across Commercial, Patient Solutions and Medical Affairs. The Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator provides remote education on disease states and products to patients nationwide in English and Spanish, while developing TA resources and maintaining high-quality service.

Required are an active US RN license, 3+ years in clinical or pharma education, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license required in the US.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Minimum 3+ years in clinical, pharmaceutical sales, clinical educator, or medical affairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote education and training to patients and care partners via web or telephone.
• Educate English- and Spanish-speaking patients, caregivers, and partners in a culturally appropriate manner.
• Attend mandatory training courses and competency assessments.
• Develop and share educational resources and program enhancements.
• Build relationships with key customers and support patient enrollment in educational activities.
• Possibly conduct in-person education if business permits.
• Support adherence programs and connect patients with local resources.
