Job summary

Asurint is hiring a Bilingual Client Support Representative to analyze orders and respond accurately to client and candidate inquiries in English and/or Spanish.

The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, swiftly addressing questions, and maintaining high service levels via email, phone, and chat. Remote work within the United States or a Cleveland, OH office is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
• Experience providing high-volume customer service required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages and builds relationships with clients and applicants, focusing on a positive customer experience.
• Communicates with clients in English and/or Spanish as needed.
• Process information quickly with high accuracy and documentation.
• Maintain customer service standards across email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot root causes of delays and system challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Understand Asurint products to facilitate resolution.
• Handle complex customer service issues and escalations.
• Respond to all candidate inquiries.
