Job summary

Asurint is seeking a Bilingual Client Support Representative to provide order-level analysis and accurate English/Spanish responses to client and candidate inquiries about our products and services. The role supports customer experience across email, phone, and chat and may be remote within the United States or based in our Cleveland, Ohio headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required, both verbal and written.
• Experience providing high-volume customer service is required.
• Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
• Experience with background screening is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages and builds relationships with clients and applicants, focusing on a positive customer experience.
• Communicates with clients in English and Spanish as needed.
• Processes information quickly and documents with high accuracy.
• Adheres to customer service standards across email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoots delays, errors, and system challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrates understanding of Asurint products to facilitate resolution.
• Handles complex inquiries and escalates as necessary.
• Manages all candidate inquiries.
