Job summary

Asurint is seeking a Bilingual Client Support Representative to handle order-level analysis and respond accurately to client and candidate inquiries in English and/or Spanish.

The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining accuracy, and supporting cross-functional teams to resolve issues while working remotely within the United States or from the Cleveland, OH office.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish communication, verbal and written.
• Experience providing high-volume customer service.
• Experience with legal/court system preferred.
• Experience with background screening preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software; CRM/HRIS systems preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Driver’s license required and ability to maintain driving record.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; no supervisory experience required.

• Communicates in English and Spanish as needed; accurate responses to inquiries.
• Maintains accuracy and attention to detail in information processing.

• Handles complex inquiries and escalates when necessary.
