Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is hiring an entry‑level Business Intelligence Specialist to support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive decisions across the organization. You will work with team members to translate business needs into actionable analytics, validate data, and contribute to reliable information access.

Proficiency with SQL, Python or R and BI tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, BI, or a related field.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI.
• Adhere to compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain interactive, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Qlik tools, ensuring visualizations meet brand standards and user needs.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions or client requests using Qlik, SQL, and other applicable tools.
• Assist with gathering and understanding business reporting needs and translating defined requirements into reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Analyze data to identify and present insights, anomalies, patterns, and trends to impacted business areas.
• Support the development and maintenance of reporting metrics and key performance indicators based on defined business requirements.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of dashboards, reports, and underlying data.
• Assist with troubleshooting reporting and data issues and work with team members to research and resolve identified discrepancies.
• Support ongoing enhancements to existing dashboards, reports, and reporting processes based on business needs and user feedback.
• Develop knowledge of organizational data sources, business intelligence practices, and applicable data governance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
