Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to support the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reports across the organization. You will translate business needs into visualizations, validate data, and help uncover insights to inform decisions.

The entry-level role emphasizes learning BI practices, collaborating with partners, and contributing to data-informed decision-making while working with Qlik, SQL, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik, ensuring visuals meet brand standards and user needs.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions using SQL and other applicable tools.
• Assist with gathering and translating reporting needs into reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Analyze data to identify and present insights, anomalies, patterns, and trends to impacted areas.
• Support the development and maintenance of reporting metrics and KPIs based on defined requirements.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of dashboards and underlying data.
• Assist with troubleshooting reporting and data issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Support enhancements to existing dashboards, reports, and processes based on needs and feedback.
• Develop knowledge of data sources, BI practices, and governance standards.
