Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an entry-level Business Intelligence Specialist to support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations across the organization. You will apply foundational data analysis and BI methods to transform data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with teammates and business partners to meet reporting needs, validate data, and contribute to reliable information access while growing proficiency in BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R; may be gained via academic or professional experience.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, BI or related fields preferred.
• Experience with BI/data viz tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI or similar.
• Support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik tools.
• Provide data analysis and visualization using SQL, Python, R, and other tools.
• Gather and translate reporting needs into reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify insights, anomalies, patterns, and trends.
• Support KPIs and reporting metrics based on business requirements.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of dashboards and data.
• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues with team members to resolve discrepancies.
• Enhance existing dashboards, reports, and processes based on feedback.
• Develop knowledge of data sources, BI practices, and governance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
