Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Business Intelligence Specialist to support development and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. This entry-level role applies foundational data analysis, BI tools, databases, and reporting techniques to transform data into meaningful information for business stakeholders.

Collaborate with team members and partners to support reporting needs, identify trends, validate data, and improve access to reliable information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R required; proficiency may be gained through academic, internship, or professional experience.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, business intelligence, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI, or similar technologies preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik tools, ensuring visuals meet brand standards and user needs.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions or client requests using Qlik, SQL, and other applicable tools.
• Gather and translate reporting needs into reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Analyze data to identify insights, anomalies, patterns, and trends for impacted areas.
• Support the development of reporting metrics and KPIs based on defined requirements.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of dashboards and data.
• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues and help resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements to dashboards, reports, and processes based on user feedback.
• Develop knowledge of data sources, BI practices, and data governance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
