Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist, an entry-level role supporting the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. You’ll transform data into actionable information for stakeholders using Qlik, SQL, Python, and other tools.

You will validate data, support KPI development, and collaborate with partners to meet reporting needs while contributing to a data-informed culture across Navitus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, IS, mathematics, statistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, BI or related field preferred.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI or similar.
• Commitment to compliance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik tools.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions using Qlik, SQL, and other tools.
• Gather and translate reporting needs into reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify insights, anomalies, and trends for impacted areas.
• Support development of metrics and KPIs based on business requirements.
• Validate data and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of outputs.
• Troubleshoot data issues with team members to resolve discrepancies.
• Enhance dashboards and reports based on user feedback.
