Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role supports the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining interactive reports with Qlik tools, SQL, and Python; validating data; and translating business needs into actionable visuals. Navitus offers strong benefits and remote-friendly work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with analytics, data modeling, BI, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik tools.
• Provide data analysis and visualization using SQL, Python, and other tools.
• Assist with gathering reporting needs and translating requirements into dashboards and visuals.
• Analyze data to identify insights, anomalies, patterns, and trends for impacted areas.
• Support development and maintenance of KPIs and metrics based on business requirements.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of dashboards.
• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues with team members to resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements to dashboards and reporting processes.
• Develop knowledge of organizational data sources and governance standards.
