Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an entry-level Business Intelligence Specialist to support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive decisions across the organization.

You will collaborate with team members and business partners to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver reliable analytics using Qlik, SQL, Python, and other BI tools. This role offers remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Experience in analytics, data modeling, BI, or related field.
Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik.
Provide data analysis and visualization to answer business questions with SQL, Python, and other tools.
Gather reporting needs and translate requirements into dashboards.
Analyze data to identify insights, trends, and anomalies.
Validate data and ensure dashboard accuracy and data integrity.
Support enhancements to dashboards and reporting processes.
