Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team in the United States. This entry-level role supports the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to aid operational and strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with team members to meet reporting needs, validate data, and help translate business requirements into actionable insights. This position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in BI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, or BI.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, SAS, or Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Qlik; meet brand standards.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions with Qlik, SQL, and other tools.
• Gather requirements and translate into reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Analyze data to identify insights, anomalies, and trends across business areas.
• Support metrics and KPIs development based on business requirements.
• Validate data and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of dashboards and data.
• Troubleshoot data issues and resolve discrepancies with the team.
• Help enhancements to dashboards and reporting processes based on user feedback.
• Develop knowledge of data sources and governance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
