Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will work from day one with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends and ensure analytics are used to drive actions.

You’ll transform raw data into standardized, trusted dashboards, advocate data literacy, and push LookML/BI models forward with impact.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL with unstructured data handling.
• Built end-to-end reporting and pipelines.
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and run retrospective analyses.
• Transform raw data into standardized, trusted dashboards that are adopted and acted on.
• Drive LookML/BI model development with awareness of downstream impacts.
• Educate stakeholders to improve data literacy and self-service analytics.
