Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that enables decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will grow into a proactive analytical partner, ensuring insights are used, understood, and acted on.

You’ll work from day one embedded with the business, collaborating with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, perform retrospective analyses, and challenge teams with impactful

Qualifications

Expert SQL and ability to work with unstructured, complex data.
Reporting ownership across end-to-end analytics.
Performance marketing optimization knowledge.
Advanced LookML development (or Power BI/Tableau equivalent).
Curiosity and business depth; partner with teams.

Responsibilities

Own reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals (Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, Marketplace).
Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
Develop standardized dashboards and scalable data sources with LookML, Power BI, or Tableau.
Drive self-service analytics through education and best practices with business teams.
Ensure analytics deliver actionable insights that influence business decisions.
