Job summary

Equiniti is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to design, deliver, and support reporting and analytics for internal stakeholders and external clients. You will lead end-to-end BI workstreams, drive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data governance across Cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, solution design, and hands-on execution with Power BI, SQL, and Azure technologies to meet regulatory and business needs. Remote UK-based role with strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering BI and analytics solutions in a commercial environment.
• Advanced Power BI development, data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design expertise.
• Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Azure data and cloud reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, Azure, and related technologies.
• Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting packs, and client-facing analytics products.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops to define reporting needs and objectives.
• Build relationships with clients and project teams as the reporting SME.
• Present solutions and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Design data models and architectures to support regulatory reporting and governance.
• Ensure quality and governance of reporting outputs across projects.
