Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Developer to advance our analytics capabilities. You will partner with executives and technical teams to build scalable reporting, governance, and self-service BI across the organization.

Join a hands-on leadership role that mentors developers, shapes the data platform, and delivers high-visibility analytics using Power BI, Azure, and Fabric in a hybrid environment with onsite and remote work options.

Qualifications

8+ years in BI/analytics or enterprise reporting.
Expert Power BI experience including DAX and semantic modeling.
Strong SQL and data modeling for enterprise environments.
Experience with cloud analytics platforms (Azure, Fabric).

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
Own reporting initiatives from discovery through deployment and support.
Lead Citizen BI governance, standards, and self-service analytics.
Define data governance, security, and quality standards across reporting.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
Deliver complex reporting using Power BI, SQL, Azure, and Fabric tech.
Mentor BI Developers and data platform team members.
Collaborate with Senior Reporting Architect on long-term data platform strategy.
Present recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices across BI platforms.
