You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with policies, and stay current with EHR/BI trends while delivering reliable reporting and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Epic Cogito experience preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience with Epic applications and BI tools.
• Experience managing large IT projects in healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with EHR workflows and BI reporting administration.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and servers to meet operational needs.
• Monitor BI tools and systems for performance and usage.
• Train analysts and end users on BI/reporting tools and upgrades; create job aids.
• Provide maintenance, security changes, licenses, on-call participation, and go-lives support.
• Apply security changes and manage access per policy; consolidate security configurations.
• Manage analytics content lifecycle and retire content per processes.
• Provide documentation for tasks; follow industry standards.
• Mentor junior team members and lead BI administration.
