Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Business Intelligence Developer to build and maintain data and analytic solutions, turning data into knowledge. You will use BI tools and SQL-based models to support reporting needs and collaborate closely with stakeholders and IT.

Responsibilities include developing data models, scripts, validating data, and adapting to evolving reporting requirements in a high-growth organization. Remote options may be available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus on Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in Analytics, Data Modeling, or Business Intelligence.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI.
• Knowledge of data sources and databases structures.
• Programming languages including SQL, R, or Python.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Create data models and reporting solutions for BI needs.
• Develop scripts to import data from multiple sources.
• Identify inter-departmental dependencies and downstream impacts of changes.
• Suggest alternative data solutions where applicable.
• Collaborate with users, validate effectiveness, and conduct user testing.
• Adapt quickly to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools.
• Ensure data integrity and ongoing data validation.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to deliver BI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline analytics processes.
