Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to generate and maintain data and analytic solutions that turn data into knowledge. The role involves interpreting databases, building data models in BI tools, and maintaining existing applications.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS and hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI) and programming in SQL, Python, or R.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of analytics, data modeling, or BI experience preferred.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R preferred.
• Familiarity with data sources and database structures.
• Proficiency with SQL, R or Python programming.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI).
• Support compliance objectives and collaborate respectfully with colleagues.

Mansioni

• Use Qlikview, QlikSense, SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer to build reporting data models.
• Develop scripts to import data from multiple sources for reporting.
• Identify inter-department dependencies and downstream impacts of changes.
• Suggest alternative data solutions when applicable.
• Communicate with users to develop BI applications, validate, and test.
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools in a fast-growing org.
• Ensure data validation and data integrity across analytics processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

• Research and brainstorm development opportunities and process improvements.
