Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to create and maintain data and analytic solutions that turn data into knowledge. You will interpret databases, develop data models in BI tools, and maintain existing applications to support reporting and decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate has experience with BI software (Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI), SQL, and scripting in Python or R, and can collaborate with stakeholders and IT to

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus on Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in Analytics, Data Modeling, or BI.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or other BI software.
• Knowledge with SQL, Python or R is preferred.
• Familiarity with data sources and database structures.
• Technical skills in SQL, R, or Python.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and BI visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Use Qlikview, QlikSense, SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer to create apps and data models for reporting.
• Develop scripts for importing data from various sources.
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of reporting changes.
• Suggest alternative data solutions when applicable.
• Collaborate with users to validate BI applications and conduct testing.
• Adapt to changing reporting needs and new BI tools in a fast-growing org.
• Maintain data validation to ensure integrity and reliability.
• Work with teammates to deliver effective BI solutions.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and IT.
• Brainstorm development opportunities and streamline analytics processes.
