Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The role focuses on turning data into knowledge by developing data models within BI tools, maintaining reporting applications, and validating data integrity.

You will work with QlikView, QlikSense, SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer and other tools to deliver reporting solutions, integrate data from multiple sources, and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of analytics, data modeling, or BI experience preferred.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R preferred.
• Understanding of data sources and database structures.
• Programming knowledge in SQL, R, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Use BI tools to create applications and data models for reporting needs.
• Develop scripts to import data from various sources.
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of changes in reporting apps.
• Collaborate with users to validate BI applications and conduct testing.
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools.
• Ensure data validation for integrity and reliability.
• Partner with teammates and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
