Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The role will generate and maintain data and analytic solutions that turn data into knowledge, building data models in BI tools and sustaining existing applications.

You will work with SQL Server, Oracle SQL, and BI platforms to create reporting solutions, validate data, and collaborate with business users and IT to drive informed decisions in a fast-growing health benefits environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with focus on Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in Analytics, Data Modeling, or Business Intelligence.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or other BI software.
• Knowledge with SQL, Python or R is preferred.
• Knowledge of data sources and database structures.
• Technical skills with SQL, R, or Python.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
• Participate in compliance objectives and collaborate with team.

Responsabilités

• Create data models and reports using BI tools.
• Develop scripts to import data from multiple sources.
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of changes in reporting apps.
• Suggest alternative data solutions when applicable.
• Collaborate with users to validate BI solutions and conduct testing.
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools.
• Validate data integrity and reliability.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver solutions.
• Initiate relationships with business stakeholders and IT.
• Brainstorm development opportunities and streamline analytics processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
