Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team in a remote capacity. The role focuses on generating and maintaining data and analytic solutions that turn data into knowledge, building data models in BI tools, and maintaining existing BI applications.

You will work with SQL Server, Oracle SQL Developer, and BI tools to deliver reporting solutions, validate data, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in Analytics, Data Modeling or BI preferred.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or other BI software.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R is preferred.
• Familiarity with data sources and database structures.
• Technical skills in SQL, R or Python.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Create applications and data models for reporting needs using BI tools.
• Develop reporting scripts that import data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with users and IT to validate effectiveness and test BI solutions.
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools.
• Ensure data integrity with ongoing validation and governance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline analytics processes.
