Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to build and grow account relationships in the Sacramento Midtown area. You will drive sales of supplier brands through planning, selling execution, and effective communication, with a car required to visit customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes by creating an established and efficient routing pattern.
• Analyzes entire account base by visiting each account and identifying opportunities; completes surveys and ensures national account compliance.
• Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers balancing company priorities and customer needs.
• Maintains product levels in accounts by restocking shelves where permissible.
• Educates account staff on priority brands via training seminars.
• Manages customer account receivables by processing credits/returns and communicating with accounts.
• Delivers products during extenuating circumstances and handles customer issues.
• Achieves sales and merchandising objectives.
• Preplans strategies to achieve objectives with pricing/product programming.
• Monitors inventory levels and alerts management to demand changes.
• Attains distribution, volume and activity targets for supplier brands.
• Ensures brand visibility using POS materials.
