Aston Carter is seeking a Case Manager to support a centralized bereavement program. This remote role involves real-time guidance on bereavement leave, policy application, and sensitive case management across multiple channels.

You will ensure employees receive clear information, timely updates, and a trusted case management experience aligned with global HR standards and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of human resources experience.
• Experience with HR processes and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex policy information clearly and empathetically.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple cases and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Provide empathetic, real-time support on bereavement policy and time off.
• Guide employees through bereavement policies with clarity and compassion.
• Handle calls, chats, tickets, and cases through specialized support queues.
• Assess each case and adjust the management plan as needs evolve.
• Address and respond to sensitive situations prioritizing employee experience and de-escalation.
• Manage workload to meet productivity goals and escalate when needed.
• Provide regular updates to employees and stakeholders in writing and verbally.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, federal and state regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate system records and documentation for all cases.
• Partner with HR and internal teams to provide coordinated support.
