This 100% remote contract position based in Las Vegas, NV offers flexible scheduling including weekends, nights, and holidays to ensure continuous support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or at least 1 year of professional HR experience.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Experience with HR processes and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Provide empathetic, real-time support to employees seeking information about bereavement policy and bereavement time off.
• Guide employees through bereavement policies with clarity, compassion, and respect for individual circumstances.
• Deliver inbound and outbound support via phone, chat, and case channels within specialized support queues.
• Critically assess employee situations and adjust case management plans as needs evolve over time.
• Handle sensitive and complex situations prioritizing employee experience and de-escalation where possible.
