Job summary

In this role, you will manage open enrollment, plan design considerations, and compliance while maintaining effective communications with employees. This is an individual-contributor role with manager-level ownership and accountability, based in Acton, MA, with opportunities to influence strategy and build reliable processes that scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive benefits experience including administration, renewal, open enrollment, and vendor management.
• Experience with multi-location or multi-state benefits programs and advising P&C leadership.
• Working knowledge of health and welfare plans, leave administration, payroll deductions, and HRIS benefits functionality.
• CEBS/SHRM/HRCI or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-round administration and continuous improvement of health and welfare programs.
• Oversee annual renewal and open enrollment from data collection to implementation.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and leave administrators; drive cost savings and service levels.
• Ensure compliance, system configurations, and accurate plan documentation; educate employees.
