Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing benefits in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service, health plans, and carrier coordination.
• Skilled in developing relationships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Able to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS such as Paylocity.
• Excellent written communication and ability to multitask.
• Strong work ethic with urgency to achieve results.
• Understanding of HR concepts, laws and statutes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (SharePoint/Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Collaborative in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide employees through benefits onboarding and ongoing administration.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new/exiting employees.
• Invoicing review with benefits providers as needed.
• Maintain HRIS benefits system (bSwift via Paylocity) and run reports.
• Oversee Open Enrollment activities and ACA resolutions.
• Monitor benefits/inbox traffic and respond to inquiries.
• Participate in employee engagement and HR projects.
• Collaborate in a small, agile team.
