Responsibilities

• Review benefit feeds in HRIS (UKG) and resolve data issues.
• Respond to benefits inquiries and route questions to appropriate resource.
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices against enrollment data for accuracy.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies with external providers and facilitate timely payment.
• Maintain eligibility data for programs like Headspace and similar.
• Assist with annual benefits enrollment activities and communications.
• Ensure compliance documentation and reporting support.
