Job summary

Celestica is seeking an HR Benefits Administrator to support the US Benefits COE remotely with options for candidates in Texas. You will handle benefit inquiries, payroll-related updates, and enrollment activities while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in benefits/HR, a Bachelor’s or higher, and strong Excel/HRIS skills. The role requires excellent communication and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant benefits and/or HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR or Benefits certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as level 1 contact for benefit questions and escalate as needed.
• Handle PO creation, employee updates in benefit portals, and reimbursements.
• Process direct bill payments and manage biweekly HSA and monthly FSA funding.
• Audit vendor portals for enrollments and support annual benefits enrollment.
• Maintain knowledge of US benefits (medical, dental, disability, 401k, etc.).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS systems; strong communication.
