AO Globe Life is hiring for a remote, entry-level role focused on business, marketing, or communications. You’ll receive structured training, inbound client interest, and ongoing mentorship to build a meaningful career from anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities include supporting enrollment, meeting clients via Zoom, delivering client-focused service, and fostering lasting relationships while guiding them through supplemental benefit options. Training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required.
• Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
