Job summary

OnPay is a fast-growing Atlanta-based software company delivering cloud payroll, HR, and benefits solutions. We are hiring a Sales Support Specialist to handle administrative and operational tasks related to client insurance benefits, including quoting, applications, renewals, and ongoing support.

You will work with carrier portals, Employee Navigator, and various HR systems, preparing presentations, managing installations, and assisting clients and employees by phone, email, and Zendesk.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, benefits administration, or a similar administrative support role is preferred.
• Life and Health License required
• Experience with carrier portals, Employee Navigator, or other benefits/HR software is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute quoting procedures via carrier portals, Thatch, General Agencies, and other channels.
• Prepare comprehensive renewal and open enrollment presentations.
• Complete and submit all necessary employer application forms for various carriers.
• Generate and process Broker of Record letters.
• Gather and organize data required to build Employee Navigator platforms.
• Manage the complete carrier installation workflow for all selected insurance lines.
• Design clear and informative benefits booklets tailored for clients.
• Develop presentations for Open Enrollment and annual renewals.
• Conduct interactive Open Enrollment sessions for client groups.
• Provide timely support to clients and employees via email, phone, and Zendesk tickets.
• Monitor and track carrier alerts, including payment delinquencies, coverage terminations, and enrollment modifications
