Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking a Retirement & Benefits Specialist to support U.S. benefits, retirement, leave, disability and wellness administration.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant programs and a consistently high employee experience. This virtual role requires judgment, attention to detail and the ability to manage day-to-day administration while driving process improvements, annual renewals and open enrollment in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• University degree or professional certification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. health and welfare benefits and retirement plans.
• Experience with benefits funding, invoicing, eligibility and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency with Dayforce benefits administration and reporting.
• Ability to work independently within policy and governance.
• Strong communication of complex benefits and leave information.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administers U.S. health and welfare benefits enrollment and eligibility.
• Administers U.S. retirement programs, enrollment, contributions, and reporting.
• Coordinates U.S. leaves and disability programs with stakeholders.
• Provides guidance to employees and managers on benefits and retirement.
• Resolves complex data, billing, and vendor issues with sound judgment.
• Develops communications, training materials, and education resources.
• Coordinates relationships with carriers, brokers, and external partners.
• Supports compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA and state laws.
