Frazer Jones is seeking a Temporary Benefits & Leave Specialist to support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave management for a six-month assignment. Remote work option with flexible scheduling and strong HR system experience expected.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential employee information while delivering timely, accurate benefits support and compliance guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering employee benefits programs and open enrollment processes.
• Strong leave administration experience; multi-state leave experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills to analyze and reconcile data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support open enrollment activities and annual benefits processes.
• Administer employee benefit programs, including life events and enrollment updates.
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits plans and eligibility.
• Review, reconcile, and analyze benefits data to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Monitor issues and ensure timely resolution.
