Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional, dependable, and organized.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to complete required background screening.
• Customer service, sales, or retail experience is an asset but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and video.
• Schedule and confirm virtual appointments.
• Conduct professional virtual presentations.
• Identify client needs and explain available benefit options.
• Answer questions regarding coverage and services.
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment documentation.
• Follow up with clients throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Provide ongoing customer service and account support.
• Follow company procedures and compliance requirements.
• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Develop strong, long-term client relationships.
