TEKsystems is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our global benefits team, supporting US benefits administration for a remote role based out of OR. The role requires CST or ET work hours and offers a contract arrangement with competitive hourly pay.

You will respond to inquiries about coverage, claims, and enrollment, coordinate with brokers and carriers, communicate benefit changes, and support HIPAA compliance and 401(k) plan administration while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2 years of benefits administration experience.
• Understanding of US benefits regulations and compliance.
• Experience communicating benefits information to employees.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for coverage, claims, and enrollment inquiries.
• Coordinate with external and internal partners (Payroll, HR, Legal).
• Develop and send communications regarding benefit changes.
• Audit benefit processes and resolve discrepancies with attention to detail.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure efficient plan administration.
• Coordinate broker/carrier training sessions.
• Provide billing and invoicing support.
• Maintain digital plan documents and resources.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and 401(k) administration.
• Perform system testing and reviews as needed.
